This project focuses on sharing stories through many different creative means. With some psychoeducation on what mental health is and how to be supported. The project concludes with the facilitator compiling the stories of the group, sharing them at a live reading.

This project creates a safe space for Black, Asian, and other minority ethnic communities to come together to share and express their emotions, mental health needs, and successes in creative ways.
